Meet The Leadership Team
Mike Willis
Owner and President
Mike has been in the fine and specialty chemicals industry for over 25 years, previously serving in roles in R&D, operations, business development, strategic marketing, and commercial sales for Sigma-Aldrich and MilliporeSigma before acquiring Admiral Chemicals in 2023. He has a MS in Inorganic Chemistry from Northwestern University and an Executive MBA from Marquette University.

Bill Dodd
Vice President
Bill joined Admiral Chemicals in 2024 and is focused on leveraging our laboratory facilities while growing our capabilities and product portfolio to support our global customer base. Bill started his career as a chemist for Sigma-Aldrich and has over 30 years of experience in chemical synthesis, operations, and project management.

Nick Jawdosiuk
Scientific Advisor
Nick spent his nearly 60 year career in both academia and industry, authoring over 80 scientific publications and supporting Sigma-Aldrich's specialty chemicals business. He founded Admiral Chemicals in 2002. He continues to support the company as a respected scientific advisor, particularly on the synthesis of organic stains, dyes, and other 'hard to make' organics.
